Identity Review Process
University Publications will provide guidance and resources to help you apply the new Student Affairs graphic identity program guidelines to your communications.
During the initial design stages of your publication or Website, please contact University Publications, firstname.lastname@example.org, (213) 740-2200, and supply either a PDF or hard copy of the front cover of your publication or home page of your Website. A University Publications editor will review your layout to make sure the guidelines are being followed correctly, and, if not, will help you revise your design. Within two working days of receiving your design, you will receive input from the editor. If adjustments have to be made, you will be asked to resubmit your layout.
As a guideline, we recommend that you allow a minimum of one week on your production timeline to allow for identity review and any revisions (if needed).
