Of the Semester Subcommittee
In the spring of 2005, the Division of Student Affairs launched this program in order to provide staff members an opportunity to interact with the Vice President and Associate Vice President for Student Affairs. “Of the Semester” combines timely education with inter-departmental interaction and discussion to encourage professional and social growth.

Pat on the Back
The Pat on the Back program was developed by the Student Affairs Professional Development Committee to recognize staff members in Student Affairs departments for their personal, academic and professional accomplishments during any given academic year. Anyone can nominate a Student Affairs staff member for a Pat on the Back. Recipients will be recognized at Student Affairs meetings and events, including Of the Semester.
